THE DETAILS BEHIND YOUR ALL SET EXPERIENCE
Every All Set wedding is professionally planned, creatively supervised, and finished under the All Set standard. The details below answer a few of the questions couples ask most often. We’ll walk through anything specific to your wedding personally before you book
Booking, Payments & Changes
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your All Set agreement is completed and the required reservation payment is received. Payment schedules, rescheduling, cancellations, coverage changes, and other wedding-specific terms are clearly outlined in your agreement and reviewed before booking.
Destination Weddings & Travel
Destination collections are priced as the selected creative experience plus actual required travel expenses. Airfare, accommodations, equipment baggage, and necessary ground transportation are reviewed with you before travel is finalized so there are no surprise destination travel charges.
Drone, Weather & Venue Conditions
Drone cinematography and certain outdoor coverage are always subject to weather, venue rules, airspace restrictions, local regulations, and safe operating conditions. When circumstances require a change, we adjust creatively whenever possible.
Who Will Be There on the Wedding Day?
Some collections include Dave personally as the lead filmmaker, while others may be produced by a trusted All Set professional working under our creative direction. Collections that specifically identify Dave as Lead Director or Filmmaker include his personal on-location involvement as described.
Editing, Music & Delivery
Completed films include professional editing, cinematic color finishing, sound design, and appropriately licensed music. Film lengths are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the story and events captured. Final films are delivered privately in digital format unless otherwise noted.
Planning & Production
Every All Set wedding includes personal pre-wedding planning, timeline coordination, professional production equipment, carefully captured audio where applicable, and creative oversight throughout the process. Your exact coverage and finished deliverables are based on the collection you select.
